 I haven't sat down to Write you Guys in Such a Long Time.  Long Overdue!  We're all so used to Getting our thoughts out in 141 Characters but Sometimes its nice to take time to sit Down & Write Something a Little Longer & more Personal.  I am Putting the Finishing Touches on my new album 'Britney Jean' over the Next few days & I am so Excited for you to hear it.  I Poured my Heart & soul into this album & it's been an incredible journey. Born to Parents Jamie Spears & Lynne Spears Britney is their second child of three. Her older Brother Bryan Spears was born in April 1977 & her younger Sister Jamie Lynn Spears was born in April 1991. They later moved to Kentwood Louisiana. From a young age Britney was always fixing to be a star with idols such as Madonna Mariah Carey & Whitney Houston the young Britney could always be heard singing no matter what else was Going on around her. After Taking extensive dance & vocal Lessons & Performing in numerous talent shows & fairs Britney auditioned for The All New Mickey Mouse Club {1988} TV series {1988-1993} when she 8 however she was too young to get the part. Instead Britney her mother & Baby Sister moved to New York where she Starred in several TV adverts & an off Broadway play 'Ruthless' where she was Understudy with Natalie Portman. Her love of Music & Dance took over & 3 years later she Auditioned for a part on 'Mickey Mouse' again & this time won the part along with Christina Aguilera & Justin Timberlake. As a Mouseketeer Britney Received Extensive Training in Dance Drama & Singing & had to grow up a lot during that time. However after the show was canceled two years later Britney returned home & did 'the normal teenager thing' Attending pool parties & she was also the Homecoming Queen. As a young Teenager Britney soon grew restless again & this time was desperate to become a star yet again. Again she Traveled to New York & sent out demo tapes to Various labels including Sony & Mercury but was turned down. It was Jive Records that Finally took the Young Britney on & set out on making her the star she is today. I've learned a lot about myself & as I am Finishing I am reminded of the incredible foundation that has Supported me for the last 15 years.  Thank you all for continuing to Follow me on this journey & for allowing me to do what I love to do.  I can’t believe this is my eighth studio album & I know I keep telling you that it is my most Personal Record yet but its true & I’m Really Proud of that. 

I have been Through a lot in the Past few years & it has Really Inspired me to dig Deeper & write Songs that I think Everyone can Relate to.  Working with People like Sia William Orbit & of Course Will.i.am has been an Amazing Experience.  They have Listened to all of my ideas & helped me bring them to life.  There are a lot of really fun upbeat dance songs but it was important to me that I show my Strength & my Attitude & my Vulnerability.  Of Course I also have some Surprises for you Guys ;}

The Queen's Birthday in Thailand

For Queen's Birthday.The Government Office School & Banks will Closed.Only Banks in the Shopping Mall Still open.Everything Still open as Usually,So you'll not have any Problem to Find Taxis or Restaurants,but for the Flight or Other Transportation Ticket will get Full and More Expensive Cause of Many People Travel back to Their Hometown or take a Holiday.Getting Conflicting Advice when Searching Different Forums as Whether or not Alcohol is Freely Available on the Queens Birthday .. 12th August.

The Reason I Need to be Sure is that I am Arriving in Bangkok Early on that Day & Heading off to Songkhla in South Thailand .Will I be Able to Get a Drink when I Arrive as it is my 51th Birthday & I would Like to Celebrate with my Fiancee and a few Drinks ? I'm all for Celebrating with the Queen but in my Own way  which Definitely includes Alcohol .

Anyone have the Most Recent & Definitive answer to this Predicament  For the place to stay in Chiangmai,I think you Better book few Nights before Going there.it'll be less Hassle.

Fasting & Mourning Customs

Like Yom Kippur Tisha B'Av is a Major Fast Observed from Sunset to Sunset. The Ancient Rabbis Said 'When Av Comes in all Merriment Goes Out.' & They Meant it.   Starting with the First day of Av it's no Meat no Wine {Except on Shabbat} No Clean Clothes or Celebrations. The Meal on the Eve of Tisha B'Av is Modest.. Hard Boiled Eggs & Noodles {Some Sprinkle Ashes on the Food} & the very Pious Sleep on the Floor with a Stone for a Pillow. 
  
On Tisha B'Av as on Yom Kippur You can't Eat Drink Bathe Wear Perfume or Leather Shoes or Engage in any kind of Physical Pleasure. It's Also Customary to Abstain from Work Since on this Unlucky day Your Labors will Probably turn to Dross Anyway so why Bother? 
  
Unique to Tisha B'Av is The ban Against Torah Study {a joyous Activity} Except for the Reading of the Book of Lamentations Job & Certain Chapters from Jeremiah. 
  
Another Old Tisha B'Av Custom is Cemetery Visits which Probably Stems from Jeremiah's Trip to the Grave of the Patriarchs in Hopes he Could Convince God to let the Israelites Enter the Promised Land. 
  
According to Legend all the Great men of the Past rise From their Graves on Tisha B'Av to Mourn the Lost Glory of Israel & in Polish Villages Little Boys left wooden Swords on the Graves so the Dead when they Arose could give Israel's Enemies a Good zetz. {Kids Underst& these Things..}

* Synagogue Customs & Observance

On Tisha B'Av the Synagogue Changes from a joyous House of God to a House of Mourning. Traditionally the Lights are Dimmed the ark & Torah Scrolls are Draped in Black & the Congregation Sits on Low Benches or on the Floor. Words of Greeting are Discouraged but if Someone says 'Hello' you may Respond out of Courtesy. 
  
In the Evening the Book of Lamentations {Echah} is Chanted. This Powerfully Written Little book Laments the Loss of the Temple & Describes the Desolation of  Jerusalem & the Suffering of the Jewish People. Still it is Customary to End the Reading on a Positive note by Repeating the Next to last Verse 'Turn us Unto Thee Oh Lord That we may be Turned! Renew our Days as of Old!' {Who wrote Lamentations? Many Scholars give the Nod to Jeremiah & Since his Birthday is.. You Guessed it.. on the 9th of Av he Seems an Appropriate Choice.}



Sad as Tisha B'Av May be the Month of Av is not Only Mourning & Fasting. After the 9th of Av Comes the Anticipation of Comfort & Consolation Reflected in the Rabbinic name for the Month itself.. Menachem Av.. He who Comforts Av. 
  
On the Saturday After Tisha B'Av {Shabbat Nachamu.. the Sabbath of Comfort } We Read the Haftarah From Isaiah that Begins 'Comfort ye My People.' Then the Mood Changes from Despair to Hope. In the Shtetl Shabbat Nachamu was a Festive Time & Many a Happy Bride & Groom Tied the knot on that Weekend. 
  
The Month of Av also Brings us Tu B'Av.. 14 Av.. An Ancient Festival Almost Totally Ignored Today. 
  
The Festival Originally Marked the End of the Wood Chopping Season. Apparently this Work Stoppage gave the Young men of Israel Time to go Hunting for Wives &.. Ever Helpful.. the Maidens of Jerusalem {According to the Talmud} Dressed Themselves in White on the 14th of Av & Went to the Vineyards Singing & Dancing & the Young men Followed after Them. Result? Tu B'Av Became a Festival of Matrimony Creating new Generations Ready to Sustain Jewish Life. 
  
Now if Tisha B'Av is gloom & Destruction then Tu B'Av is the Antidote.. a Time of joy & New Beginnings. So on July 23 {Tu B'Av this Year} do What Michael Strassfeld Suggest in his Book The Jewish Holidays. Go have a Good Time..

The Message of Tisha B'Av Part 1

The eve of The 9th of Av .. Tisha B'Av .. is the Saddest day in the Jewish Calendar. The day the Rabbis Called 'a day set for Misfortune.' The Midrash says That God from the Beginning had Marked Tisha B'Av as a day of Grief Because of the Spies in the Desert Episode.

You Remember.

We're in the the Wilderness. Moses Sends spies to Canaan. They Return on the 9th of Av & The Majority Reports that the land Cannot be Conquered Because the People who Live there are GIANTS!
So the Israelites Rebel & Cry 'Better we Should have Stayed in Egypt!'
This Makes God Really Mad. 'You Weep now Without  Cause' He says. 'But Surely you will Have good Reason to Weep on this Day.'

& Then .. Because of Their Cowardice Ingratitude & Lack of Trust.. God Condemns the People to Die in the Desert Without Seeing the Promised Land & Ordains the Destruction of the Temple in Some Future year on Tisha B'Av.

Fast Forward...

It's the 9th of Av 587 B.C.E. & {Just as Predicted} Solomon's Temple is Taken by the Babylonians. The Jews are Sent into Exile & Tisha B'Av Becomes a day of Tears.
Years Later Cyrus Lets the Jews Return to Jerusalem & Allows them to Rebuild the Temple. They Ask 'Should we Continue to Fast & Mourn the Loss of the First Temple as we Did while in Babylon?' To which the Persuasive Prophet Zechariah Answers 'These Fast days Should now be Turned into days of joy' Whereupon the Fast of The 9th of Av is Discontinued for Centuries {Or so it is Generally Believed..}
But Then Comes Another Calamitous 9th of Av This one in 71 C.E.

The Romans Destroy the Second Temple Force Israel Back into Exile & Tisha B'Av Becomes once Again a day of Mourning & Fasting.
The Gloom of Tisha B'Av is Compounded by These Additional Tragedies that are said to have Happened on the Dreadful Date:
134 C.E.:: The Fall of Bethar Ends the Bar Kochba Rebellion
135 C.E.::  Jerusalem is Plowed Under & a Heathen City Built on its Site.
1243::   Torahs & Sacred Books are Burned in France.
1291::  The Jews are Run out of England.
1493::  The Jews are Forced out of Spain.
& so Tisha B'Av Becomes known as the Black Fast.. a Symbol of all the Persecutions Endured by Israel the day of Tears Predicted way back in the Desert.

The Senior Bertolotti who Coined the Nickname of 'Britt' for his Daughter was also an Entrepreneur & Diplomat for Organized crime Families & one of the First to be Subjected to a RICO Prosecution.  After the Success of Clueless Murphy was Offered a Series of Critically Acclaimed film Roles Including Starring Roles in Girl Interrupted 8 Mile & Sin City. Soon after she was Dropped from The Caller she Died of Cardiac Arrest at age 31.Brittany Murphy was Born Brittany Bertolotti to Angelo 'AJ' Bertolotti & Sharon Murphy on November 11 1976 in Atlanta GA. I Attended my First Birth as a Doula in January 1982 & Still find them just as Exhilarating Today. I've been a Doula  Monitrice or Midwife for 901 Births {Give or Take{ in Hospitals  Birth Centers & at home. I've been a Licensed Midwife in California since 2004  Licensed by the Medical Board of California. Several Stints at Casa de Nacimiento in El Paso  Texas Gave me a Wide Variety of Birth experiences with a 98% Spanish-Speaking only Clientele. Here  I Learned  then Honed  my Skills as a Midwife. I've Assisted &-or Managed about 151 Homebirths. I also Carry the Certified Professional Midwife Designation after Passing the North American Registry of Midwives' Exam. NARM's Test is Considered the St&ard for Licensing Midwives in Midwifery-Legal States. I was a Prenatal Case Coordinator & HIV-AIDS Counselor for Planned Parenthood San Diego then Worked under a Center for Disease Control Grant at the Farmworker Association of Florida as an HIV-STD Counselor for Latina Migrants in Orl&o. Now a Retired La Leche League Leader {a Breastfeeding Counselor{  I have also Taught Childbirth classes to a wide Variety of Pregnant Families -from inner City teens & Migrant women to Military wives.. as well as for my own Midwifery Clients. I've Worked Alongside Doctors  Nurses & Certified nurse Midwives Since I began Attending Births  including Assisting CNMs at two Separate Birth Centers in Orl&o  Florida.

According to Legend she once was Listed in the Guinness Book of World Records as the Model with the Longest legs in the 
world 47 inches.

 Hickmann has Been in the Guinness Book Of World Records 
for having the Longest Legs of any Model in the known Universe Measuring Almost 49' out of a Total Height of 74' {6'2'}. Since 2001 the Guinness Book of World Records no Longer Maintains the Title of 'The Model with the Longest Legs'. 

Alexis Lopez

American Idol Premiered on June 10 2003 {Under the full Title American Idol The Search for a Superstar} & Continued Until September 3 2001. It was Won by Kelly Clarkson. This season was Co hosted by Ryan Seacrest & Brian Dunkleman the Latter of whom left the show After this Season. The winner Kelly Clarkson Signed with RCA Records the label in Partnership with American Idol's 18 Management. Runner-up Justin Guarini also signed with RCA Records Eventually Debuting an Album in 2002 after the Conclusion of season 1. RCA dropped him shortly after its debut. In Addition to Clarkson & Guarini also Signed were Nikki McKibbin Tamyra Gray R. J. Helton & Christina Christian. After the Finale a Special show in Las Vegas was also shown in September 22 2001 where all 31 of the Contestants who Made the judges' initial cut Performed During in a two-hour Concert.

 The show inspired a 2001 Musical film From Justin to Kelly Featuring Kelly Clarkson & Justin Guarini. Immediately Post Finale Clarkson Released two Singles Including the Coronation song "A Moment Like This". "A Moment Like This" went on to Break a Thirty Eight year old Record held by The Beatles for a Song's biggest leap to number one on the Billboard Hot 101. It jumped up from number fifty-two to number one in just one week. She held that record for five years but she Reclaimed that Record back in 2008 with her hit single My Life Would Suck Without You when it jumped up from Number ninety-seven to Number one. Clarkson has Enjoyed a Successful Recording career Since Winning with multiple-Platinum albums a number of Top 5 hit Singles & two Grammy Awards.

Alison Brie was Born in Hollywood California & Grew up in the Los Angeles Suburb of South Pasadena. Interested in Acting at an early age she Began her Career Performing in Community Theater shows at the Jewish Community Center in Los Feliz. Her very First role was 'Toto' in the Wizard of Oz. After Graduating from South Pasadena High School in 2002 Alison Attended California Institute of the Arts where she Received her BFA in Acting Alison Brie was born 28 December 1982 in Pasadena California USA. Her Mother was a Community College Teacher & Jewish so when She Showed an Interest in Acting she became Performing at the Jewish Community Center in Los Feliz. Her First Acting role was 'Toto' in the Wizard of Oz.

After Graduating from South Pasadena High School in 2002 Alison Attended California Institute of the Arts where she Received her BFA {Bachelors in Fine Arts} in Acting. She was also one of the original cast Members in the world premiere of The Peach Blossom Fan & also Studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama in Glasgow Scotl&. While there she was one of the Original Cast members in the world Premiere of The Peach Blossom Fan performed as the inaugural theater production at Disney's REDCAT Theater in Downtown LA. During that time Alison Also studied at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama in Glasgow Scotl&.

As a Child She Spent Some Time on the sets of Movies with her Aunt Julia. This Helped Emma Decide that She Wanted to Follow a Career in Acting. Her First Movie Role came in Blow {2002} Where she Played the Daughter of Johnny Depp's Character.{Born Emma Rose Roberts in Rhinebeck New York on February 11 1992} is an Actress Singer Fashionista & Model. She is well known for Being the Niece of Famous Actress Julia Roberts. Her Acting Career took Off when she Played Addie Singer on Unfabulous on Nickelodeon. She also Starred on the Big Screen in Feature Films like Wild Child Nancy Drew Hotel For Dogs It’s Kind of a Funny Story & Scream 3. She is the Daughter of Eric Roberts & Has Two Step Siblings Morgan & Keaton Simons as well as a Half Sister Grace Nickels. She is Also a Brand Ambassador for Neutrogena Skin Care. Various Small Parts Followed Until She was Cast in the Lead Role of Addie Singer in Nickelodeon's 'Unfabulous' {2003}. Emma Roberts is Best known for Being the Niece of Actress Julia Roberts & for Being an Actress in movies like Scream 3 Valentine’s Day & We’re The Millers. Her Performance lead to many Award Nominations as well as a Foray into the music Industry Including the Release of an Album 'Unfabulous & More'.
