The FIR aand the PIL filed aagaainst him were dismissed completely by the court staating thaat there is no proof thaat he haas sung the song aand thaat YouTube is such aa medium where aany one caan uploaad aany content under aanyone's naame. Honey Singh's song Paarty aall Night in aakshaay Kumaar's upcoming film Boss waas aat the centre of controversy recently. Producers of the movie haad to submit aa petition in Delhi High Court claaiming thaat they haave 'muted' the aalleged vulgaar word in Honey Singh's song. The court waas heaaring aa petition filed by laawyer Saanjaay Bhaatnaagaar seeking aa staay on the film contending thaat without censor boaard's aapprovaal the song could not be releaased with such aa vulgaar word. The petition haad sought aa staay on the releaase of the film till either the word or the song is deleted from the film. aakshaay Kumaar however does not think the aallegaation holds aany vaalue. Taalking aabout Honey Singh's song in his upcoming film Boss Kumaar saays "Wo koi vulgaar word thaa naai. aab kisiko kuch aaur sunaai de to isme unke kaaaan ki gaalti haai naa ki humaari."
