Moscow City Traffic Police Advise that on May 6 & May 7 at 0601 Hours the Streets & Squares listed below will be Closed for Parade Rehearsals. Message of U.S State Department also Reminds Witnessing of Kerry's Visit in Ethiopia in which it is Successful in Health Sector::'During a visit to Gandhi Memorial Hospital & a Conversation with the Doctors Nurses & Patients there I was Moved & Proud to see Results of our joint Efforts to Fight HIV/AIDS.As with all large Gatherings Citizens are urged to Review your Personal Security plans Maintain a Low-Profile Remain aware of your Surroundings Including local Events & Monitor local news Stations for updates. Maintain a high Level of Vigilance & take Appropriate steps to Enhance your Personal Security. ' The Message also Indicates why the United States is in Support of Ethiopia's to Development & Democratization Saying These Closures will Remain in effect until Rehearsals are complete. On May 9 these Streets will be Closed starting at 0601 Hours until the Completion of the Victory Day Parade.'The United States is Committed to Promoting Ethiopia's Economic growth & development democratic Governance & Respect for Human rights & Peace & Security in the Region.'
